Service Description
The Avavivys Consultation is a one on one call designed for clients who would like to discuss their booking in detail before securing their date. This is where we align on your vision, event details, skin preferences and the exact finish you want to achieve. This session allows me to understand your expectations and guide you on the most suitable service for you. We’ll also cover timing, location and any key details needed to ensure your experience is seamless and beautifully executed.
Policy.
DEPOSIT. 1. Please note that deposits paid are non refundable & non transferable but can be used to secure another future booking. CANCELLATION. 1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 96 hours in advance. Please note that deposits paid are non-refundable, but can be used to schedule a future appointment. 2. Once your appointment has been canceled, you have three days to book a new appointment. Failure to book within three days will result in the forfeiture of said deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings. 3. A no-show will be considered a cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits cannot be used for rescheduling in case of a no-show. LATENESS. 1. Clients are allowed a 5 Minute grace period to arrive their appointment, arrivals beyond that will incur an extra £20 lateness fee and must be paid before the appointment can proceed. 2. If you are over 30 mins late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine and to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. PREMIUM. 1. Sunday Appointments are considered premium slots and will require additional £30 for Studio Services and £50 for Travel Service. Outside of work hours, for the purpose of this policy, refers to bookings scheduled before 9am and after 5pm for regular periods, Christmas week (20th to 26th) and New year (30th to 3rd). Kindly note that this is not a bridal service, for bridal makeup, please book the appropriate service. if you are a bride and you book anything other than the bridal services, your booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund. OTHER CONDITIONS. 1. During your appointment, I may take pictures and videos for social media purposes, so please ensure you are ready to be photographed. •Additional guests without appointments are not allowed. 2. Prior to your appointment, please ensure your brows are groomed, whether through carving, threading, shaving, or waxing, to save time for both of us. If your brows needs to be groomed, there will be an additional charge of £5. 3. The prices for these services are fixed regardless of whether you use our lashes or provide your own.
