Celebrate your destination wedding with a bridal beauty experience designed to take you seamlessly from your ceremony through to your evening celebrations. Perfect for brides who want the luxury of having their makeup artist on-site throughout the day, with ongoing touch-ups and a reception transformation. This package includes: 1. Bridal Consultation: A personalised consultation to create a bridal look tailored to your features, personal style, wedding aesthetic and destination. 2. Bridal Beauty Prep Guide: A complete preparation guide covering skincare, beauty preparation and your night-before checklist, helping you arrive perfectly prepared. 3. Intensive Skin Prep: Luxurious skin preparation tailored to your skin and destination climate, creating the perfect base for flawless, long-lasting makeup. 4. Luxury Bridal Glam: A bespoke bridal makeup application designed to enhance your natural beauty and photograph beautifully throughout your celebrations. 5. 10-Hour Service Window: Enjoy up to 10 consecutive hours of dedicated on-site makeup service, beginning from the agreed arrival time. Following your bridal glam, I remain on-site for touch-ups and adjustments throughout your booked service window. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Premium lashes carefully selected to complement and elevate your bridal look. 7. Reception Glam Transformation: Refresh and transform your bridal makeup for your second look, giving you an elevated finish for your reception and evening celebrations. 8. Complimentary Bridal Reel: Where time and the wedding-day schedule allow, I may capture and create a complimentary bridal reel. As your makeup artist, I naturally have the most access to you, so the bride will be the primary focus. Where possible, the groom, couple moments, venue or other elements may also be included. The reel is a complimentary, non-guaranteed bonus and is not a paid or guaranteed deliverable. Filming depends on available time, access and suitable opportunities. No specific shots, people, moments, reel length or style are guaranteed. Makeup services will always take priority. No refund, credit or compensation applies if a reel cannot be captured or delivered. Kindly note: The client is responsible for all applicable travel expenses, including flights, hotel accommodation, transfers, local transportation and baggage requirements.
Policy.
Please read the following policy carefully before booking. 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable 60% booking deposit is required to secure your wedding dates. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due either immediately after your bridal consultation or no later than one (1) week before your wedding date, whichever comes first. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy Once your booking is confirmed, Avavivys reserves your wedding dates exclusively and declines all other enquiries for those dates. As a result, Avavivys is unable to accept alternative bookings, resulting in a genuine loss of income if the booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, change of mind, illness, travel disruption, venue changes, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time within two (2) months of the wedding date, including on the wedding day, the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. 3. Travel, Accommodation & Transfers All travel-related expenses are the Client’s responsibility and are separate from the package price. This includes return flights, baggage allowance suitable for professional makeup equipment, airport transfers, local transportation, hotel accommodation and daily breakfast. The Artist must be provided with a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel with breakfast included. All airport and local transfers must be pre-booked and arranged by the Client to ensure timely and reliable transportation. This includes airport pick-up upon arrival, airport drop-off for departure, transportation between the Artist’s hotel and the Client’s hotel or getting-ready location (where applicable), and any additional journeys required during the booking. 4. Timing Clients must adhere to the agreed schedule. Additional time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £100 per hour, subject to the Artist’s availability. 5. Terms of Service By paying the booking deposit, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this policy and the full Avavivys Terms of Service.
