Welcome Party/Pre-Wedding Glam: Step into your wedding celebrations glowing and confident with a flawless glam look for your welcome party, rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding event setting the tone for days ahead. 4. Intensive Skin Prep: Enjoy a luxurious skin-prep session to create the perfect canvas for flawless, long-lasting makeup. 5. Luxury Bridal Glam: Walk down the aisle in complete confidence with a professionally designed makeup look tailored to enhance your natural beauty. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Add a touch of elegance with soft, premium lashed for that captivating bridal finish. 7. Reception Glam Transformation: Make a grand statement at our reception with a complete makeup change to match the evening's atmosphere. Whether you're saying 'I do" on a sandy beach, in a romantic vineyard or atop a mountain, our destination wedding package ensures you'll look effortlessly radiant from start to finish. Kindly note that the client will be responsible for the travel expenses including an hotel.
Policy.
Please read the following policy carefully before booking. 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required to secure your wedding dates. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due either immediately after your bridal consultation or no later than one (1) week before your wedding date, whichever comes first. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy Once your booking is confirmed, Avavivys reserves your wedding dates exclusively and declines all other enquiries for those dates. As a result, Avavivys is unable to accept alternative bookings, resulting in a genuine loss of income if the booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, change of mind, illness, travel disruption, venue changes, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time within two (2) months of the wedding date, including on the wedding day, the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. 3. Travel, Accommodation & Transfers All travel-related expenses are the Client’s responsibility and are separate from the package price. This includes return flights, baggage allowance suitable for professional makeup equipment, airport transfers, local transportation, hotel accommodation and daily breakfast. The Artist must be provided with a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel with breakfast included. All airport and local transfers must be pre-booked and arranged by the Client to ensure timely and reliable transportation. This includes airport pick-up upon arrival, airport drop-off for departure, transportation between the Artist’s hotel and the Client’s hotel or getting-ready location (where applicable), and any additional journeys required during the booking. 4. Timing Clients must adhere to the agreed schedule. Additional time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £100 per hour, subject to the Artist’s availability. 5. Terms of Service By paying the booking deposit, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this policy and the full Avavivys Terms of Service.
