This exclusive package includes: 1. Bridal Consultation: An in-depth consultation to create a bespoke bridal makeup look that complements your vision, features, wedding aesthetic and destination. 2. Bridal Beauty Prep Guide: A step-by-step preparation guide covering skincare and your night-before checklist to help you arrive perfectly prepared. 3. Welcome Party/Pre-Wedding Glam: A flawless glam look for your welcome party, rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding event. 4. Intensive Skin Prep: Luxurious skincare tailored to your skin and destination climate, creating the perfect base for long-lasting bridal makeup. 5. Luxury Bridal Glam: A bespoke bridal makeup application tailored to enhance your natural beauty, photograph beautifully and last throughout your celebrations. 6. 15-Hour Service Window: Up to 15 consecutive hours of on-site makeup service from the agreed arrival time, including touch-ups and adjustments throughout your booked service window. 7. Fluffy Lashes: Premium lashes selected to complement your bridal look. 8. Reception Glam Transformation: A makeup change and refresh to transition your bridal look for your evening celebrations. 9. Complimentary Bridal Reel: Where time and the wedding-day schedule allow, your makeup artist may capture and create a complimentary short-form bridal reel. As your makeup artist spends most of the preparation period with you, the bride will be the primary focus. Where possible, the groom, couple moments, venue or other elements of the celebration may also be included. The complimentary reel is a non-guaranteed bonus and does not form part of the paid services or guaranteed deliverables of this package. Filming is subject to time, access, the wedding schedule and suitable opportunities. No specific shots, people, moments, reel length or style are guaranteed. Your makeup service will always take priority over content creation. No refund, credit, compensation or price reduction will apply if a complimentary reel cannot be captured or delivered. Kindly note: Flights, accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, baggage requirements and other applicable travel expenses are not included and are to be covered by the client.
Policy.
Please read the following policy carefully before booking. 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable 60% booking deposit is required to secure your wedding dates. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due either immediately after your bridal consultation or no later than one (1) week before your wedding date, whichever comes first. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy Once your booking is confirmed, Avavivys reserves your wedding dates exclusively and declines all other enquiries for those dates. As a result, Avavivys is unable to accept alternative bookings, resulting in a genuine loss of income if the booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, change of mind, illness, travel disruption, venue changes, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time within two (2) months of the wedding date, including on the wedding day, the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. 3. Travel, Accommodation & Transfers All travel-related expenses are the Client’s responsibility and are separate from the package price. This includes return flights, baggage allowance suitable for professional makeup equipment, airport transfers, local transportation, hotel accommodation and daily breakfast. The Artist must be provided with a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel with breakfast included. All airport and local transfers must be pre-booked and arranged by the Client to ensure timely and reliable transportation. This includes airport pick-up upon arrival, airport drop-off for departure, transportation between the Artist’s hotel and the Client’s hotel or getting-ready location (where applicable), and any additional journeys required during the booking. 4. Timing Clients must adhere to the agreed schedule. Additional time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £100 per hour, subject to the Artist’s availability. 5. Terms of Service By paying the booking deposit, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this policy and the full Avavivys Terms of Service.
