Experience elevated bridal luxury with our Bridal Diamond Package, created for brides who want more than their wedding-morning glam. With 10 hours of dedicated on-site service, your makeup artist remains with you throughout the day, keeping your bridal look fresh and beautifully polished before transforming your makeup for the evening celebrations. This exclusive package includes: 1. Bridal Consultation: An in-depth consultation to create a bespoke bridal look that reflects your vision, features, personal style and wedding aesthetic. 2. Bridal Beauty Prep Guide: Your complete step-by-step preparation guide, covering skincare through to your night-before checklist. 3. Intensive Skin Prep: Luxurious skin preparation tailored to create a smooth, radiant base for flawless, long-lasting makeup. 4. Luxury Bridal Glam: A bespoke bridal makeup application expertly tailored to enhance your natural beauty and photograph beautifully throughout your day. 5. 10-Hour Service Window: Enjoy up to 10 consecutive hours of dedicated on-site service from the agreed arrival time, with touch-ups and adjustments throughout your booked service window. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Premium lashes carefully selected to complement and elevate your bridal look. 7. Reception Glam Transformation: Refresh and transform your bridal makeup for your reception, creating an elevated second look for your evening celebrations. 8. Complimentary Bridal Reel: Where time and the wedding-day schedule allow, I may capture and create a complimentary bridal reel. As your makeup artist, I naturally spend the most time with and have the greatest access to the bride, so you will be the primary focus. Where the opportunity arises, the groom, couple moments, venue or other elements of your celebration may also be included. The reel is a complimentary, non-guaranteed bonus and is not part of the paid or guaranteed deliverables of this package. Filming is dependent on available time, access and suitable opportunities on the day. No specific shots, people, moments, reel length or style are guaranteed. Makeup services will always take priority over filming. No refund, credit or compensation applies if a reel cannot be captured or delivered. Kindly note: Travel fees and, where applicable, accommodation are not included in the package price.
Policy.
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable 60% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you and all other enquiries for that date will be declined. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Bridal bookings are accepted on an exclusive basis. Once your booking is confirmed and your 50% non-refundable booking deposit has been received, the Artist immediately reserves your wedding date exclusively for you and declines all other enquiries for that date. As a result, the Artist is unable to accept alternative bookings and therefore loses the opportunity to earn income from other clients if your booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments, travel fees and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, cancellations, postponements, illness, venue changes, travel disruptions, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time between two (2) months before the wedding date and the wedding day itself (inclusive), the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. Travel & Accommodation: Travel fees are charged separately and cover the Artist’s journey from home to the agreed getting-ready location and the return journey home only. Where overnight accommodation is required, the Client must provide or cover a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel. If the Artist is staying in a different hotel from the Client and is required to travel to the Client’s hotel or preparation location, this local transportation is not included in the travel fee. The Client must arrange and pay for the taxi/Uber or reimburse the Artist. If both parties are staying at the same hotel, no additional transportation charge will apply. Additional Time: Time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £70 per additional hour, subject to availability. Working Environment: The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe and well-lit workspace and ensure the agreed schedule is adhered to. Unless previously agreed, no additional guests are permitted in the bridal preparation room.
