Intensive Skin Prep: indulge in a luxurious skincare routine to create the perfect base for Long-lasting, flawless makeup. 4. Luxury Bridal Glam: Step into your big day glowing with confidence with a makeup look expertly tailored to enhance your natural beauty. 5. Ten-hour Service Window: Benefit from a total of 10 hours of on-site support, including touchups and adjustments ensuring your makeup stays fresh and picture-perfect from the ceremony to the last dance. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Elevate your look with soft premium lashes that add just the right touch of glamour. 7. Reception Glam Transformation: Make a statement with a complete makeup change for your reception, giving you a fresh, glamorous look to match the evening's energy. The Bridal Diamond Package is more than just a service, it's an experience designed to celebrate you as the star of your special day. Kindly note that the travel fee is not included in the price of this service.
Policy.
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you and all other enquiries for that date will be declined. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Bridal bookings are accepted on an exclusive basis. Once your booking is confirmed and your 50% non-refundable booking deposit has been received, the Artist immediately reserves your wedding date exclusively for you and declines all other enquiries for that date. As a result, the Artist is unable to accept alternative bookings and therefore loses the opportunity to earn income from other clients if your booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments, travel fees and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, cancellations, postponements, illness, venue changes, travel disruptions, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time between two (2) months before the wedding date and the wedding day itself (inclusive), the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. Travel & Accommodation: Travel fees are charged separately and cover the Artist’s journey from home to the agreed getting-ready location and the return journey home only. Where overnight accommodation is required, the Client must provide or cover a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel. If the Artist is staying in a different hotel from the Client and is required to travel to the Client’s hotel or preparation location, this local transportation is not included in the travel fee. The Client must arrange and pay for the taxi/Uber or reimburse the Artist. If both parties are staying at the same hotel, no additional transportation charge will apply. Additional Time: Time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £70 per additional hour, subject to availability. Working Environment: The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe and well-lit workspace and ensure the agreed schedule is adhered to. Unless previously agreed, no additional guests are permitted in the bridal preparation room.
