Policy.
To ensure a smooth and exceptional bridal glam experience, please review the following policy carefully before looking: 1. The remaining balance of your fee is due either after the bridal consultation or no later than one week prior to the service date. 2. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. 3. Travel fees are not included in the package price and will be calculated separately based on your location. 4. If hotel accommodation is required, the client must book and cover the cost of a minimum 4-star hotel on a non-sharing basis. Lower-rated hotels will not be accepted. 5. We kindly ask that you adhere to the time frames outlined in the package to ensure efficiency and prevent delays. 6. Any time required beyond the allocated package duration will incur a charge of £70 per additional hour. This ensures we stay on schedule and respect all client bookings for the day. 7.
