Luxury Bridal Glam: Step into your wedding day with confidence, wearing a stunning makeup look crafted with precision and elegance. 5. Five Hour Service Window: Relax knowing you'll have a total of 5 hours of dedicated service for your makeup applications and on-site touchups, ensuring you stay flawless from your walk down to aisle to your final toast. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Enhance your look with premium, soft and fluffy lashes for that captivating finish. With the Bridal Gold Package, you'll receive the ultimate care and artistry to make your big day truly unforgettable. Let us help you shine every step of the way. Kindly note that the travel fee is not included in the price of this service.
Policy.
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you and all other enquiries for that date will be declined. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Bridal bookings are accepted on an exclusive basis. Once your booking is confirmed and your 50% non-refundable booking deposit has been received, the Artist immediately reserves your wedding date exclusively for you and declines all other enquiries for that date. As a result, the Artist is unable to accept alternative bookings and therefore loses the opportunity to earn income from other clients if your booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments, travel fees and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, cancellations, postponements, illness, venue changes, travel disruptions, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time between two (2) months before the wedding date and the wedding day itself (inclusive), the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. Travel & Accommodation: Travel fees are charged separately and cover the Artist’s journey from home to the agreed getting-ready location and the return journey home only. Where overnight accommodation is required, the Client must provide or cover a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel. If the Artist is staying in a different hotel from the Client and is required to travel to the Client’s hotel or preparation location, this local transportation is not included in the travel fee. The Client must arrange and pay for the taxi/Uber or reimburse the Artist. If both parties are staying at the same hotel, no additional transportation charge will apply. Additional Time: Time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £70 per additional hour, subject to availability. Working Environment: The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe and well-lit workspace and ensure the agreed schedule is adhered to. Unless previously agreed, no additional guests are permitted in the bridal preparation room.
