Indulge in the ultimate bridal luxury with our Platinum Package, created for brides who want the highest level of dedicated makeup support throughout their wedding day. From your bridal morning through to your evening celebrations, your makeup artist remains on-site to keep you polished, radiant and picture-perfect. This exclusive package includes: 1. Bridal Consultation: An in-depth consultation to create a bespoke bridal look tailored to your vision, features and personal style. 2. Bridal Beauty Prep Guide: Your complete preparation guide, from skincare recommendations to your night-before checklist. 3. Intensive Skin Prep: Luxurious skin preparation tailored to create the perfect base for flawless, long-lasting makeup. 4. Luxury Bridal Glam: A bespoke bridal makeup application designed to enhance your natural beauty and photograph beautifully. 5. 15-Hour Service Window: Enjoy up to 15 consecutive hours of dedicated on-site makeup service from the agreed arrival time. Following your bridal glam, your makeup artist remains on-site for touch-ups and adjustments throughout your booked service window. 6. Fluffy Lashes: Premium lashes selected to complement and elevate your bridal look. 7. Reception Glam Transformation: Transition into your evening celebrations with a makeup change and refresh tailored to your reception look. 8. Complimentary Bridal Reel: Where time and the wedding-day schedule allow, I may capture and create a complimentary bridal reel. As your makeup artist, I naturally have the most access to you, so the bride will be the primary focus. Where possible, the groom, couple moments, venue or other elements may also be included. The reel is a complimentary, non-guaranteed bonus and is not a paid or guaranteed deliverable. Filming is subject to available time, access and suitable opportunities on the day. No specific shots, people, moments, reel length or style are guaranteed. Makeup services will always take priority. No refund, credit or compensation applies if a reel cannot be captured or delivered. The Platinum Package is for the bride who wants the luxury of having her makeup artist by her side throughout her wedding celebrations, allowing you to simply enjoy every moment. Kindly note: Travel and, where applicable, accommodation are not included in the package price.
Policy.
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable 60% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you and all other enquiries for that date will be declined. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Bridal bookings are accepted on an exclusive basis. Once your booking is confirmed and your 50% non-refundable booking deposit has been received, the Artist immediately reserves your wedding date exclusively for you and declines all other enquiries for that date. As a result, the Artist is unable to accept alternative bookings and therefore loses the opportunity to earn income from other clients if your booking is cancelled. For this reason, all payments made to Avavivys, including the booking deposit, balance payments, travel fees and any additional charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, cancellations, postponements, illness, venue changes, travel disruptions, adverse weather, personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event. If the Client cancels the booking at any time between two (2) months before the wedding date and the wedding day itself (inclusive), the full agreed service fee shall remain due and payable. Travel & Accommodation: Travel fees are charged separately and cover the Artist’s journey from home to the agreed getting-ready location and the return journey home only. Where overnight accommodation is required, the Client must provide or cover a private, non-sharing room in a minimum four-star hotel. If the Artist is staying in a different hotel from the Client and is required to travel to the Client’s hotel or preparation location, this local transportation is not included in the travel fee. The Client must arrange and pay for the taxi/Uber or reimburse the Artist. If both parties are staying at the same hotel, no additional transportation charge will apply. Additional Time: Time beyond the allocated package duration is charged at £70 per additional hour, subject to availability. Working Environment: The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe and well-lit workspace and ensure the agreed schedule is adhered to. Unless previously agreed, no additional guests are permitted in the bridal preparation room.
